Internal Coating of 2" Lines Without Demolition
Small-Diameter Pipe Coating
Small-diameter pipes—the 2″ lines serving laundry rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and fixtures—are often the first to fail in aging buildings. Corrosion, pinhole leaks and buildup can cause water damage, mold and costly repairs.
TrenchFree uses a spray-applied internal coating system powered by HammerHead® technology to restore the deteriorated lines without tearing into walls, floors or ceilings.
How It Works
After cleaning and preparing the pipe interior, a specialized spray head is inserted and pulled through the line, applying an even coating of epoxy or polymer material. The coating cures in place, sealing leaks, stopping corrosion, and creating a smooth, durable interior surface.
