Storm Drain Rehabilitation

Structural Renewal for Large Diameter Storm Drain Systems

Aging storm drain infrastructure presents unique challenges—large diameters, difficult access and critical drainage functions that can’t be interrupted. TrenchFree rehabilitates large-diameter storm drains using trenchless lining systems designed to restore structural integrity, correct deformation and stop infiltration without excavation.

Applications

  • Deformed, cracked or deteriorated storm drains
  • Large-diameter sewer mains (4″ to 48″)
  • Corrugated metal pipe (CMP) rehabilitation
  • Reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) restoration
  • Public infrastructure and municipal drainage systems

Rehabilitation Methods

Depending on pipe condition, diameter, and performance requirements, we deploy:

  • CIPP lining — Full structural restoration with resin-impregnated liners
  • Thermoform PVC-A lining — Factory-manufactured fold-and-form liners for irregular shapes
  • Segmental lining — Panel or segment systems for severely deformed pipes
  • Spray-applied linings — Cementitious or polymer coatings for corrosion protection

Why Trenchless for Storm Drains

Storm drains often run beneath roads, parking lots and developed areas where excavation would be extraordinarily disruptive and expensive. Trenchless rehabilitation allows municipalities and property owners to extend the service life of existing infrastructure at a fraction of the cost—and without tearing up streets.
